for companies and projects in India. We have mobilised talent for a large
number of companies.

consultancy business run under the name of Trehan International Consultants and Engineers
Pvt.Ltd. for the last 23 years has brought us recognition all over India as well as in the
International Market.
We mobilise Executive as well as Non Executive manpower for
a very wide range of skills.
In case of Non Executive manpower we conduct "On Site trade tests"
to make sure that the candidate actually has the necessary skill to perform his job.
We also welcome the employer to participate in the interviews and trade tests and select
the required candidates.
We work as the authorised recruitment agent of the employer. The employer shall let us
know whenever he requires manpower from us. He shall also send us
the manpower requisition stating in details the types of skills for which
manpower is required, job categories, number of personnel,
their professional qualifications and experience, salaries offered to them and
the other necessary information which would help us in prompt searching
of the required personnel.
Within two (2) working days of the receipt of the demand for manpower we
inform the employer of our ability / inability to meet the requirement.
Our advertisements, which appear regularly in leading newspapers of India,
bring us numerous inquiries from personnel in all types of professions. We
maintain a computerised database of personnel looking for job opportunities
through us. The database is regularly updated.
We conduct the screen tests, interviews, verifications, security clearances,
reference checks and all other steps necessary in order to ensure that personnel
selected for the job are capable to meet the expectations of the employers
regarding job performance.
All information of candidates about their qualifications, experiences, interviews and test
results shall be sent to the employers at various stages of recruitment process.
We shall always arrange sufficient number of pre-selected candidates so that
the number of finally selected candidates surely reaches the total number of
personnel in each job category.
For every selected candidate, we charge the employer one time fee of one
month net salary(it includes everything except the annual benefits).
