PRE DEPARTURE PROCEDURES AND ASSISTANCE

To make sure that the selected employees are familiar with the government
policies cultural background and customs of the country, we provide necessary
information to them.

Transport of employees from India to the job site shall be in accordance with the
decision of the employer relating to routes, airlines, travel agents to be used.
If PTAs are not provided, Air Fares may be remitted to us before scheduled
departure of the employees. We arrange maximum discounts on Air Fares.

We shall take care of all the necessary measures in India for the
travel of the selected candidates including:-

Arrangement of Passports and Stamping of Visas from respective
Embassies / Counsellors.
All necessary Medical Tests by an Embassy authorised Doctor.
International Driving Licence,if needed.
Sufficient number of passport-size photos of the candidates.
All necessary Government Approvals for the Exit Permits of the candidates.
Airline Reservation and Transportation of employees from India.
