STEP BY STEP RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Our relationship with the employer is that of the authorised representatives.
The employer has to give a Special Power of Attorney in our name appointing
us his authorised agents.

One "Demand Letter / Personnel Requisition Letter" stating the necessary details
(including numbers of personnel, pre requisite professional / technical qualifications, experience and salaries offered etc.)
about the required candidates is also required whenever a company
demands manpower from us.

Upon receiving the "Requisition Letter"
We shall acknowledge the receipt of the same within one (1) working day and within two (2) working days of the receipt, we will inform the employer of our ability / inability to meet the requirement as stated in the requisition letter;
Commence, and continue, until no longer required, an adequate and effective
advertising campaign for the jobs required in the Requisition Letter;
Conduct the screening, testing, interviews, verifications, security clearances, reference checks and all other activities necessary in order to ensure that personnel from India are qualified and available for the jobs listed in the Requisition; Report our progress to employer on each Requisition;
Make travel and pre-departure arrangements for the selected employees and;
Take all other necessary steps to comply with the Requisition.

Through newspaper advertisements and our databases, we mobilise response
from the prospective candidates. Initially our qualified and site experienced
engineers conduct the preliminary selection tests to ensure that only candidates
fulfilling the basic requirements get to the next stage of selection.

In the final selection stages, if needed we conduct trade tests organised on sites where workers
work as part of a team and demonstrate their respective skills. We will welcome
the representative of the employers to observe the trade tests. The final selection
of employees can be made by the representative of the employers if present,
or by us, as per the authority given in the power of attorney.

Needless to mention, we shall arrange sufficient number of pre-selected candidates so that the number of finally selected candidates surely reach the total number of workers required in the delivery schedule for each category of employees.

In this way, we shall be able to promptly mobilize manpower according to the
Requisition for Manpower issued by the Employer from time to time.
No Objection Certificates if needed are firmly secured by the Employer 14 days before the scheduled departure of the employees and are received in India in the
Embassy of the Country of operation.

If the employer finds an employee unsuitable for reasons of inadequate skills,or
medical problems or he may be lacking in working as a part of the project team , we undertake to replace him at our cost inclusive of Air fares, if instructed by
the employer within 90 day's of the probationary period.

If additional employees are required for the projects or contracts with employees
deployed are cancelled for different reasons before the expiry of the contract , we shall provide the project with the additional or compensatory manpower
as the case may be.

We shall take care of all the necessary measures in India including:-

Arrangement of Passports and Visas of selected candidates.
All necessary Medical Tests by an Embassy authorised Doctor.
International Driving Licence, if required.
Sufficient number of passport-size photos of the candidates.
All necessary Government Approvals for the Exit Permits of the candidates.
Airline Reservations and Transportation of employees from India.

We shall also assist the employer in resolving the labor disputes, if any, by
sending our representative to the job site.

Transport of employees from India to the job site shall be in accordance
with the decision of the Employer relating to Routes, Airlines, Travel Agents
to be used and other relevant factors.
